Shakti

This represents Ma or Shakti, the circle of life of Mandala representing the worship of the Goddess Durga who is worshipped with beating of the drums, by doing aroti and beautiful dhunuchi dancing by ladies of the household. So it was when I was young and so it will be when I am dead and gone but the spirit of the pujas will continue forever. Your life is also a Mandala. In each year you complete a cycle, a mandala with you at its center and around which revolves that year's events and experiences. Elongating that cycle, we see the mandala that is your life, which includes all events from birth through life and death.
